Courses / Shawn Dunn Brainstorming

I am interested in creating a program for IES that teaches students how to eat sustainable. The main action would be a food tour in the beginning of the semester led by one of the staff who has knowledge of local restaurants. On this tour students would learn of places that serve local foods that are grown or raised organically and visit some of these place. I would also like to design a web page that lists places students can go to eat local organic in Barcelona.
